On behalf of the Bowling Centre Committee, I would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to all our members for your continued support.
Whether you are a social bowler, a league captain, or a team player, each of you plays an important part in the ongoing success of our Centre.
Since 2023, when the current team of volunteers and Committee stepped forward to help run the Centre, we have worked hard to keep the doors open so that everyone can continue to enjoy the sport of indoor bowling. It is a pleasure to provide a warm and welcoming space that helps keep us all active, healthy, and connected —especially through the winter months.
Running the Centre takes a great deal of planning, organisation, and dedication throughout the year. To help us keep costs as low as possible, we are looking for additional office volunteers. If you can spare just a few hours a week, we would be delighted to welcome you — and as a thank-you, you will receive a free bowling session.
As many of you know, the EIBC operates in partnership with the Trust, which maintains our excellent facilities. This brings me to our current fundraising effort: raising money for a new bowling mat. We are extremely grateful for all donations received so far — please do keep them coming as we move into 2026.
