As we move towards our summer season, I’d like to thank all our members for their support throughout the winter indoor bowling season. Furthermore, as we continue to improve the club’s facilities, we would also like to extend our sincere thanks to all our volunteers and trustees who generously give their time so that members can continue to enjoy their sport in a welcoming, inclusive and pleasant environment.

Please join us in congratulating our home-grown Short Mat teams on their excellent performances in the SMIBL league.
- The B Team, captained by Dave Quinn, finished top of Division 5.
- The A Team, captained by Paul Norbury, finished top of Division 4 and also won the Knockout Cup.
This is a fantastic achievement for the club and we are very proud of everyone involved.
Summer Season
Summer Season Dates: Friday 3 April – Sunday 27 September 2026
Centre Summer Opening Hours:
- Monday: 9:00 – 11:00
- Tuesday: 9:00 – 15:00 (2-hour slots) / Single’s League – Dates and Times TBA
- Wednesday: Closed
- Thursday: Closed
- Friday: Triples League – Dates and Times TBA / Short Mat Club – 16:30 – 21:00
For members who will not be continuing with indoor bowls throughout the summer season, we wish you an enjoyable outdoor bowling season and look forward to welcoming you back later in the year.
Winter Season 2026/2027
From Monday 28 September 2026 to Friday 2 October 2026 – between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm daily – we will open in preparation for our winter season. During this period, we will be open for:
- Bookable practice sessions
- Membership renewals
- Team captains to collect league fixtures and team forms
